Nice family time. Home is very nice, beachy feel. Carla was so responsive when we had a problem with a shower drain, sent the handyman out that night.

Terrible-Renter Beware

This overpriced property is outdated, dirty and NOT well cared for as the owner claims. The pics are old and staged for the photos. We found mold in multiple places. My kids and I got sick from staying there. The blinds are filthy and broken. There were holes in walls, missing trim, crooked cabinet doors that didn’t even close. Half painted deck with rotting boards. Master paint job not finished, rusted door trim. Cockroaches found both dead and alive in the house. Smoke detector gone and wires left hanging out. This home is not up to code. I contacted VRBO and the owner from day 1 with my complaints. The owner asked if I would allow maintenance people in the property. I said NO as I’m a single Mom and don’t want strangers coming in while my kids and I are on vacation. You don’t send a maintenance crew to renovate your property while guests are staying there on vacation. The owner should’ve taken care of all those much-needed renovations before they collected my 4k. Absolutely ridiculous. I have pics and videos of everything. The owner refused to give any money back. The owner will just reply to this review with the same nonsense they gave me and other reviewers. You’ve been warned.

We had a wonderful time!

Overall everyone loved it except my husband. We were nervous because of the previous review posted but thought that the pictures were all pretty accurate and it was clean. There were some things that need to be updated/fixed but nothing horrible. And the location was fantastic - right on the beach.Nicole responded quickly to our questions, the beds were comfortable, the decor was beachy cute and they provided everything we really needed and more! Overall we were very happy with our stay!
