We really liked the location of this property. The room was spacious and spotless and the property manager was available for a quick question after hours. We really enjoyed having the bicycles available at no charge to ride to dinner and back as well. Lovely stay!

Great little Euro type lodging. Right on the banks of the river, easy walking to town, river walk, hot springs, modern fire pit, great patio, even bikes to borrow!! Very clean,well appointed, comfortable bedding. Independent check in/out. Staff availability by phone and text. We loved it. Next visit to Pagosa is a no brainer.
