Spacious golf-course-front cabin on two-thirds of an acre in Pagosa Springs. Four decks with mountain views, two living areas and a fireplace make it a great base for family and group trips. Three bedrooms (two king beds, two queen beds), 2.5 baths and two laundry areas sleep eight. Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a DVD player are included. There is no central A/C; ceiling fans, portable fans and open windows keep the cabin comfortable.

Check-in instructions are provided 48 hours before arrival. Door access code information is sent after confirmation and before arrival. Guests have access to the entire home except two locked bedrooms on the lower floor, which are reserved for owner use and must not be entered.

In the Pagosa Springs Golf Course neighborhood, near the clubhouse, restaurants, gas stations, grocery shopping, antique stores, and Highway 160. The neighborhood offers a quiet setting with quick access to town services and the mountain route.

Guests may use the PLPOA private recreation center, including the pool, for an additional fee.

This three-story cabin has two living and dining areas, four decks, and a kitchen deck with seating, a dining table and a gas barbecue grill. Guests may use the whole home except the two locked lower-floor bedrooms, which are reserved for owner use. The driveway is gravel and slopes downhill, and steps can be icy in winter, so please take care when arriving and walking outside.

Bedrooms: the upstairs primary suite has two queen beds, and two more bedrooms each have a king bed. Two lower-floor bedrooms are locked and not part of the guest space.

The home has two full baths and a half bath. With four showers on one water heater, hot water may need time to recover between showers when the house is full.

The kitchen deck has a gas barbecue grill and seating. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player and two laundry areas (laundry soap provided) are included.

Guests should plan to drive. The cabin is near Highway 160, local restaurants, grocery shopping, and the Pagosa Springs Golf Course clubhouse. Winter roads can be slick, especially on dirt roads, so use a suitable vehicle and allow extra time.

Pets: up to two pets under 50 pounds are welcome; please keep them off furniture and beds and supervise them at all times.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please contact the property manager if you need an exception.

This is a non-smoking home. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

Cooling: there is no central A/C. Ceiling fans and portable fans are provided, and opening windows helps on warm summer evenings.
