Just outside the queen bedroom, the upstairs loft serves as an extra hangout space, complete with another queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a fireplace and a large-screen TV. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining table sets the scene for memorable family dinners or game nights. For added convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $15 per hour; please confirm with the property manager.

Heating & Cooling
This home features a gas fireplace in the living area and central heating, with the thermostat in the main living area. There is no central air conditioning. A cooling unit has been added to the downstairs bedroom. Open windows at night and close them in the morning to help keep the home cool.

What to Expect
The home has classic, lived-in decor rather than a modern remodel, and guests consistently find it clean, spacious, and quiet with excellent views. As in any mountain setting, you may see occasional insects or spiders, especially if windows are left open in the evening. Please bring any special pantry or toiletry items you prefer; a grocery store is a short drive away.

Trailers are not permitted in the condo association, and parking on the grass is prohibited. Use designated parking spaces only; violators may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Cooling is provided by portable air conditioning unit(s) (not central A/C).

We also welcome extended stays of a month or more -- inquire about our monthly rate. For any stay longer than 14 nights, guests provide their own toilet paper, paper towels, and bath/hand soap after an initial starter supply.
