The house was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. the location was very convenient. Even though it was a busy street, it was easy in and out. Host was very responsive and sweet. Very pet friendly, which we really appreciate. Everything you need in the kitchen, which is appreciated as I do not like to eat out. I would suggest some room darkening curtains in both bedrooms downstairs as the traffic across street from McDonalds and renters next door did pose an issue when we tried to sleep-constant lights flashing in (but we are very light sleepers). Which is not the owner's fault, just a suggestion. Otherwise, we frequent Owosso 4 times a year and will more than likely rent here again if it is available. We appreciated the hospitality.

It was a great place to stay I would say my only complaint would be it takes a bit for hot water but it was bitter cold outside when we stayed and the shower didn’t drain very well so you do have some standing water while taking a shower but it was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect!

The house was exactly what my family needed. Great layout. My 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed the toys. The mattresses were 10 out of 10. Host was very accommodating when one of our group arrived separately from the rest and needed access to the house. We so appreciated Shara’s help. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Kitchen had adequate cooking/service ware. Fridge is as pictured-on the small side, so if having 8 people stay, might be tight.House is located near several great shopping options, gas stations, fast food, restaurants and the downtown area. Perfect location.

We came for a family wedding and it worked well for 5 adults. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed but a single cup coffee pot doesn’t work for a group larger than 2. Close to the wedding venue which was awesome. The furniture was adequate but couch and “massage chair” were not real comfortable. I would also ask that lawn care and leaf blowing not occur at 8:30am on a Sunday

Comfortable Stay

Our stay was comfortable and adequate for what we needed. We slept well. There was plenty of space. The living room couch was a bit uncomfortable but we were not there to watch TV so no big deal. The place was clean and met our needs. We did not cook in the kitchen but it had what we needed to make a cup of coffee.
