Nobody Home, Lies, and steals your money.

We booked this hotel, went there, nobody there. Sign on window said "went next door be back soon". we waited for 20 minutes, then left and went to another hotel. Tring to deal with hotels.com to get my money back. The woman that was at the desk when we contacted hotels.com told hotels.com she was there all day. I can't ever stay with a business that lies.

I will NEVER stay here again. When I walked the front door I stood at the counter for 30 seconds before the gentleman sitting 3 feet in front of me even noticed me. It wasn't until I coughed that he looked up from his phone. The room had a dirty feel to it. The carpet seemed damp and the shower curtain had stains all of it. On top of that all I wanted to was to go sit in the hot tub which the website claimed they had. I searched around and couldn't find it. I asked the front desk and they said they didn't have one. I showed him that they advertised for it. He said that means a hot shower. WHAT?! Apparently to them saying they have a hot tub literally means a hot shower. I will make sure my friends who travel to Fairbault never stay here.

The room smelled of smoke, the bathroom was dirty, the bar fridge smelled of sour milk and the faucet came off the wall mid shower so the shower head wouldn’t work. It just sprayed water at my calves. I wasn’t expecting a lot when I booked this but this was terrible
