The advertisement and customer service I received was poor. The hotel was booked for its convenience, distance to the Mall of America and the inclusion of breakfast. Upon arrival we were told that breakfast was not included and that they did not even attempt a remedy. I will be booking with other hotels in the future.

Only 1 elevator was working, fans were drying out a hallway, wallpaper falling off the walls near the elevators, pay for parking, outside patio looked like there had just been a fight with umbrellas strewn around, tables & chairs knocked about.....not a classy place, like I expected. Staff was friendly and accommodating, however.

Worst experience ever. They charged a hefty cleaning fee for a room that wasn’t even the one I stayed in. Sent me photo evidence and it was so clearly the wrong room. Claimed they did multiple investigations when clearly they didn’t. How does that even happen? All they had to do was go to the room I stayed in and see it didn’t match the “evidence” they sent to me. Then ignored me for weeks and refused to call me back to even discuss the matter. Good luck trying to get in contact with any of the managers. They will ignore you also. It was only until I blasted them on social media that they agreed to truly look into the issue. And guess what?! They were wrong! Eventually got a refund (and the refunded the parking fee as a good will gesture). Then blamed the fact that they ignored me for weeks on a phone issue. This hotel had no problem charging hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees for a room that’s not the one you stayed in and refusing to even do anything about it. If it wasn’t for my persistence and blasting them on social media, I would’ve still had the unfair charge against me. Be sure to check your bill after a stay and take pictures. I would never recommend this hotel.

Area is convenient to minnehaha falls and paisley park. Was suprised to have a large crack in the window taped over and a stain on the ottoman.
Large Crack in window of room 230 you need to repair before renting to customers as I was surprised it having the hilton name that it has not been repaired before giving it to me to use.
Again you have the hilton name on the hotel so i was suprised that there was a Stain on ottoman of room i was given.
