Room service was long and the food came very cold. Nobody likes cold food. The staff that brought the food seemed angry.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room service was very disappointing because it came cold and we couldn’t warm it up (microwaves in the room and would have made all the difference). We ordered room service 3 times and it was consistently came to us quite cold and the one who delivered it seemed very unhappy. We had much higher expectations for that.

The toilet didn’t flush in our rooom, the ice machine was empty on every floor and the steakhouse waitlist was poorly ran as they didn’t go by the list, they just sat whoever walked in

Fun weekend getaway. We stayed here because we had a lacrosse tournament in the area. Kids could swim and had plenty of dining options. The new golf experience was a hit for adults and kids and the hotel provided a shuttle for us to get there which was so nice. We will go back!

Checked in at 4:30 and room was not ready was told it was being cleaned and would take maybe another hour. Luckily a friend had a room that we could drop off our belongings and get ready for the event that we had beginning at 5pm. When asked about compensation, none were available. Mattress cover had a stain in the corner.

Amy on the casino floor was one of the best! Perfect attitude for a even better person. Cannot describe how nice and welcomed she made guest feel. Mystic definitely has to have top tier casino floor staff from cleaning to always checking in and making sure guests are good. Have been here many many years and it seems like the place ( employee wise ) seems to keep getting all the good people and letting the other casino have the rude casino floor employees that’ll never greet you or just ask how’s everything’s going.
