"The house was clean and comfortable, with all lights and fans in good working order. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room and great porch space both in the front and the back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked--although we didn't cook, we found sufficient cooking and grilling utensils available. The house is located among farms in the area, and we enjoyed the nature around us, as well as the proximity to good hiking and Ticonderoga. Nearby towns, including Brandon and Benson have good restaurants."

"We had a one-night stay at the inn and found it very comfortable, ideally located on a lovely street with walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodations were clean. There were many places to sit either on a porch, in the garden or one of the many common rooms. And, they served the loveliest most delicious breakfast. Good cup of coffee, a fruit platter, cinnamon muffin and then a choice of main. The fruit was an assortment of several types and each was ripe and sweet. A great way to start our long day of sightseeing. "

"This wonderful Farmhouse is chock full of charm. Very nicely furnished. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals for your family. The beds were very comfortable and there is so much room! Our family ranges from 10-89 and all were thrilled with the experience. There are beautifully maintained trails you can hike starting right by the historic barn in the yard featuring gorgeous views! The kids loved hiking and playing basketball in the driveway when they weren’t stretched out in the hammock! Evenings on the front porch on this quiet street we’re just right for our older set. The view from the dining room table looks out on a well manicured lawn and fields of hay and rye...just beautiful. We walked the 1/2 mile to the local market to get coffee most mornings as the rest of the family woke up. I’m an artist and I managed to do four smaller paintings , endeavoring to capture the sights and spirit of the place. We definitely recommend staying here!"
