The staff was great. The heating conditions in the room were not. We didn’t know how to start the heating system so the first night was really cold. Also we didn’t have cellular service at all to call. I think these issues should be addressed before the stay.

The lake view is beautiful. Staff is very friendly! Room is clean and comfortable. Wish they have a small table where you can sit and eat. Only call out is that the water pressure for the shower is low, wish it was the same pressure as the faucet and it will be great (5 star).

The Lodge was excellent from check in to check out. The staff at the Lodge was very friendly and answered our questions. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff and the restaurant was excellent as well. Very helpful and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Wow, it exceeded my expectations. November in VT-chilly and grey- but this place made it beautiful!! Room was immaculate, staff at check in and the Taproom were amazing! Food was also terrific at the Taproom! I cant wait to come back!!

Your staff and personnel are well trained and exceedingly friendly. Everything was perfect - love the renovated rooms. And so generous with the beautiful towels!!! The only thing missing that I personally would like - is a bar of soap rather than the liquid. However I will just pack my own small bar for my next visit. You have a spectacular place with the beautiful lake .

Beautiful spot. Taproom had great food and drinks. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Only issue was the noise from above. Really enjoyed our stay, and will be back, but only in an upstairs room.
