visited this hotel on Sep 26th. very poor room conditions AC was not working and we couldn't sleep the whole night, Refrigerator was not working I went down to the service desk many times asking to change my room but they said they can not. the receptionist tried to call the front desk manager called "Anick" but he did not reply. I will not recommed this hotel at all

This is an older hotel with good bones and new renovations. Staff was courteous and the room was spotless. The gym is well outfitted but pool is closed. Elevators were under renovation so slow. Tristan was very helpful. Great value.

The service was really disappointing. They only cleaned the room after four days, and the bathroom lacked basic essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Plus, breakfast wasn't included in the price—you had to pay extra, and there was much more to it. Overall, it wasn't worth the money.
