Amenities such as the swimming pool were not available; this was not advertised at reservation time, nor check in, not even on site (no sign of unavailability). When we tried to us it, réception just said “I am sorry”. For me booking this hotel was entirely because they had pool. Oh big disappointment for me and my kids not being able to use it. Worst is they still offer it online. Cheap fare….old facilities, now I understand why. Should not be advertised even as part of Wyndham chain, until complete “renovations”; it is not up on the regular standards.

I stayed at this hotel for only one night and was charged nearly $450 in total. After an initial accommodation charge of over $100, I was asked to provide my credit card again at check-in and an additional $287 was charged. It has now been more than three weeks, and the extra amount has still not been refunded despite my phone call requesting clarification. The lack of transparency and delay in resolving this issue is extremely disappointing. Clear explanations and timely refunds should be basic standards in the hospitality industry. I hope management will address this matter seriously and improve their billing practices.
