The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The noise isolation isn't great, especially if you have chatty hallway people. Kids were screaming in the corridor but the reception was kind enough to take care of the problem. The bed is comfortable and the value if quite exceptional for the times we are living.

There was no elevator and no one to help. Our keys were canceled 3 times, so we had to go to the desk each time to get them reactivated. The TV was impossible to use, the employee had to come to our room 3 times to get it to the channels we wanted.
