We enjoyed our stay. The room was well appointed, clean and quiet. Bedding was excellent. Water was scorching HOT. Coffee in the lobby was great. In the same building with a commercial gym with full access is a bonus. However, this hotel was recently refreshed on old bones and it shows. There is no elevator to the second floor, so be sure to ask for ground floor rooms if you have accessibility needs or have a lot of luggage. Corridor is very long, going to the lobby will contribute greatly to your daily step count if you are assigned to one of the rooms at the end of the corridor. And the secondary stairways smells like a classic BMW, which I'm strangely fond of..

Beds so comfortable

I was with my mom and she found that she woke up with no pains at 93. We will be seeing what type of pillow and mattress the hotel use. Mom had a great sleep.

For a no frills short stay it did the job. The property is rather old with a few modern upgrades. Though the bathroom had new floor tile and sink the wooden door clearly needed a bit of work in the bottom from moisture. Also it’s time to replace the 1980’s tub. Staff were very pleasant from the reception to the breakfast crew. Speaking of breakfast, lots of tables and plenty of choices. Good spot for a family trip but room amenities were lacking.
