We liked it's location for where we needed to go and the friendly, courteous staff. We were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, especially the floors. Another thing noticed, is that we arrived with food to preserve, but the fridge was not cold.

Individual AC units in each room are very noisy: we had difficulty sleeping because of the noise. Otherwise the motel is well situated (max 10 minutes from major attractions), clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out was very quick. The area around the property is basically just strip malls but that's not the Motel's fault.

The motel style and the morning breakfast were both highlights of our stay, and the locatiin was very convenient. We noticed renovations were underway in some rooms so that may improve some of the dated decor.

A night at Adam is not just enough.We had a great stay there. The staff are very accommodating and I’m so happy and grateful to the lady who was at the front desk.She was very kind to help us upgrade our room for two beds.Indeed,there was one available room left and she gave it to us for free. The room was so neat and has everything we need plus the complimentary coffee.Good thin is that,Adam is just a walk away from restaurants,shops and transportation.Best of all,free wifi, car parking and BREAKFAST that has sooo many to choose for. Thanks Adam…you’ll now be our home whenever we visit Ottawa.Kudos!!!
