There was a kid's hockey team and related multiple families on my floor .The kids had completely taken over the hallway over with plastic goals, plastic hockey sticks and ball ,running all over with plenty of yelling.The adults had taken a desk in the hallway also with a visible liquor bottle and glasses. After complaining to the mgt and upon my return one night , the adults (20+) fully occupied the hallway to the elevators sitting on the floor and I had to tiptoe through all their legs to get to my room as no one got up and they were visibly drunk. Extremely bad management .I welcome a call from Expedia.

Staff was very unfriendly and not pleasant. Asked to be switched from king suite room to 2 queens and told they can’t switch you, even though there was availability and the other room was cheaper. Soda bed didn’t pull out straight, on an angle and had housekeeping look at it and said it was normal. It is not normal for the not to be flat. Very poor experience and will not return to Holiday Inn nor use Expedia again
