Didn't appreciate the fact we had to get on the road Sunday morning and it was 6:50 and the breakfast room opened at 7. I asked if we could grab a banana for the road and the answer was no. Basically don't open til 7. The doors are not opened. So ended up costing us money to get something from Tim's That's ok. I'm travelling across Canada for the next month and I can avoid holiday inns. Yes is it petty, but so is not letting us grab a banana 😂

When we checked in we found toilet paper in our toilet, no bedding for the pull out bed (even though we had confirmed our booking for four people, meaning we would not all be sharing the one queen bed), and bugs on the floor in the bathroom. For the price paid we expected much better.

One night stay for early medical appointment.

Hotel very well situated, modern, clean. Close to shops, free parking and free breakfast a plus. Some issues with loose shower faucet and tv remote, were mentioned to front desk staff. Overall a very convenient place to stay at a very convenient price.
