My choice of this hotel was based on its high Expedia user rating. While the staff provided excellent service, I found the room and bathroom quite small and outdated. Additionally, the room was noisy, as we could hear our neighbors' conversations throughout the night. The room was stuffy even with the air-conditioning running. It was just disappointing.

Excellent hotel located just steps from Shin-Osaka station, with several restaurants and convinience stores located around the building. Really nice interior, and lovely, comfortable rooms and beds, with those on a higher floor having good views across Osaka. Wouldn't hesistate to stay again or recommend, particularly if you will be arriving/departing by Shinkansen, or are planning day trips from Osaka to the likes of Kyoto, Kobe, or Himeji, you really couldn't get a better location.

The air con is climate controlled - so the room became very stuffy at times. We requested an electric fan at check in and were told there wasn't one. No coffee, sugar, milk in the rooms. No black tea available. The buffet was too crowed and the walk ways between way too small - we had stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont prior to this hotel so we had direct comparisons - the buffet food options and set up there was brilliant! Food options at Osaka Tower very limited and the buffet way too small for the amount of people!! Also, re the question above -- the breakfast was not free - we paid in full for breakfast for every day we were there! Hence the reasons we expected better.
