I did a three night stay at this hotel. On the first day I arrived in the morning at 0830hrs to store my luggage prior to check-in, a service they said they had. There was a “be right back” sign on the desk with hours sited as 8am to 11pm. So I waited around wasting time. I decided to leave. When I returned I saw written paper over the hours showing a 9 am start time. So that “be right back” sign was a lie since their hours completely changed Secondly, the door bits to enter the room started falling off at first entry, we were scared thinking that since the door bits were fragile it would be easy for break-ins. Thirdly, you cannot turn on the bathroom vanity light without turning on all the lights including those in the bedroom which would wake up my guest. Lastly the staff did not show us how to open the door or give us the wifi password. Just an overall terrible experience

Good hotel but needs many improvements

New hotel in a great location. All beautifully decorated and modern. Comfortable beds but could not sleep as the rooms have office-style wooden blinds and let in a huge amount of light. Furthermore, service is non-existent, including nobody cleaning our room throughout the stay.

신축호텔이라 시설, 어메니티 모두 청결사고 깔끔합니다. 단, 조식 장소가 도보 3분거리에 떨어져 있으며, 조식 종류가 다양하지 않고 밥이 없습니다. 한국 숙박객을 타겟으로 돼지김치 볶음도 있으나, 밥이 없어서 아쉬웠어요.

Brand new hotel

Very nice hotel just opened 2 months ago. Nice beds and very Nice pillows with memory foam and other choice of preferred. Good and central location, very good for family stay.
