I accidentally under-booked by one day, and the staff very kindly helped me extend my stay after I arrived; everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Really awesome location.

This is a great place to stay in when visitng Osaka. Located incredibly close to the underground Namba station, you have a wide range of transport options, as well as places to eat and shop right outside your door. The staff are very kind and diligent and were very helpful. Highly reccomend this property.
