The staff did a great job in accommodating us when there was an electrical issue with the hotel. However, this means that we could not book in until 7 pm without any compensation.
The lobby looks lovely, and the check in processs was also nice. This is where it stops being nice.
The rooms are not well kept, the wallpaper is peeling, the walls have a lot of dirt and scuff throughout the room and the main shared areas.
The doors and walls are not soundproof, and you can easily hear every sound near you or in the hallway. Due to the electrical issue, the staff still had to do the cleaning that day, and this was at 9.30 pm at night. We heard the vacuum going for an hour and then them going into the spare rooms and cleaning them.
We had to get new towels for our room due to the hand towels being stained.
I would not be coming back to this hotel due to the experience I had here.
