Staff was very courteous and our room on the 32nd floor was well appointed with great view. I would have rated this hotel 5 stars except there was a mix up at check in. We checked in after the appointed 3PM time and was told our room was not ready yet. As a result we had to wait in the lobby for another half hour. Would not have been a big deal except I was traveling with elderly parents and they were exhausted. The staff was very apologetic and Iโ€™m sure they tried their best to get us the room ASAP, however it still left a bad first impression.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. The room was great, but the view was what really stood out. Our room overlooked Osaka on the 31st floor. We arrived in the evening so we got the see the view with Osaka all lit up! We got the watch the sunrise each day which was stunning! Now lets get into what we didnโ€™t like. The bed was a bit stiff for our liking, and the breakfast vouchers we paid for werent the greatest of meal choices. In the grand scheme of things I don't think this detracts from their overall rating which is still a 5 star for me

Great Hotel with great customer service. The room is little run down, the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The view is amazing! We ate at the Teppanyanki restaurant and it was great! Would recommend hotel.
