Very convenient location, walking distance from Dotonburi and subway stations. Nice amenities including a rooftop. A bit busy in the lobby and outside as it seemed like large groups were in and out and there was a bus zone but overall was nice.

Good location, price is very reasonable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but not as clean as other hotels in Japan. Washroom has lower ceiling so hard to move around. Luggage storage is available at no cost which is great. You only get one key card per room, for us it was ok. Overall good value for money.

Beware for Family with kids, don’t buy the breakfast buffet. It only includes adult but not the kids. Expedia itinerary shows free breakfast but Hotel policy shows the breakfast is free only for adult. Very disappointed travelling with 2 kids, I pay extra for their breakfast for the first day, but we end up going outside for next few days because it’s not worth it, not a lot of options, same variance for 4 days.
