朝食､昼、夜飲める所が沢山あり色々な食事が楽しめた｡また駅から近く､非常に便利｡初日ホテルの場所がわからなかった時､スタッフ(すーさん)が難波駅前のマルイの前まで迎えに来てくれました｡にこやかに対応してくれて好印象でした｡大阪に来た時はまた利用したいです。

事前にメールアドレスにチェックインの説明方法を送っていただいたのですが、確認してなくて、電話をかけてしまいました。夜間にもかかわらず丁寧に対応してくださったことを感謝いたします。タオル・スリッパが追加料金ではなく、給水機までついていることはありがたかったです。交通の便を考えると立地はすばらしいです。大都会の真ん中のためか、終電が終わるまで電車の振動音はすごかったです。
