Fantastic location! 1 block from metro line (Namba Station) and 2 blocks from shopping district with covered walkways - food stalls and shops in every direction. We had a family room with 4 beds (2 twins making a king, and 2 as bunk beds). Perfect size for the 4 of us! We did a small load of laundry that was very convenient on the 2nd floor (600 yen for wash/dry - took 2 hours total).

Hotel location near Namba station and Dotonbori was good. Unfortunately the hotel room AC did work properly and the hotel room was hot. Breakfast was average comparing to other hotels we visited in Japan in our 2 week trip. Our room on the second floor was located also next to parking lot so we could hear noices from there.
