I find the staff very helpful and friendly.The breakfast was of a good quality and there was more than enough to choose from. The hotel room was very clean except for the shower/bath tub a shower curtain would be adequate. The shops were of great value and service. Overall an excellent stay and good quality hotel

This was my favorite hotel of 3 on our trip to Japan. Everything was wonderful! The staff were so attentive and kind. They even had a wheelchair for my 88 year old mom to borrow. I wish all my hotel experiences were the same as Anchored Rhiga Osaka.

Probably my favorite hotel I stayed while on my 10 day trip to Japan. Hotel room was the largest I’ve stayed at in Japan. Super clean and modern. Location is near plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Train stations are near to get around Osaka. Highly recommended,
