I really enjoyed this property. The aircon is adjustable and they include nice amenities like a phone charger in the room. Also this area is relatively quiet at night which is nice for a peaceful sleep. The room was clean and every day they provided fresh towels. This location is extremely close to the train entrance which is perfect for exploring. Also Dotonbori is about a 13-15 minute walk away.

Conveniently located to train to get to all major locations. The area also has tons of resturants and shopping! The single person room was just apt for 1 person and clean.

Just So So

Very Very Very poor sound insulation but no complain about the friendly staffs. I also appreciate that there is a very accurate electronic scale in the lobby to measure the weight of luggage. The check-out time is a bit early, it would be more appropriate if it could be delayed to 11am.

The staff are simply amazing, very approachable and easy to talk to. This hotel is is just steps away from subway plus walkable to other shop. The breakfast is a chef’s kiss.

We loved staying at this hotel for our Osaka/Kyoto trip. One of the best places we have stayed during our trip. It’s clean, staff are helpful, the room is so clean, and even the bathroom is clean and technologically advanced. It’s hard to get out of the shower because it feels so good to take shower. We loved it so much. If I ever visit Osaka again, I will return to this place.
