This hotel has an incredibly convenient location — you can easily walk to almost anywhere, and it’s right next to Namba Subway Station. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was quite good, and the room was spotless. I also really appreciated the bathtub — after a long day of travel, it was wonderful to enjoy a relaxing soak. The price was very reasonable as well. Overall, this hotel left a great impression on me, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

This hotel was in a very convenient location, just across the street from Sennichimae Street, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. I also appreciated that a wide variety of shampoos and conditioners were available to borrow at the entrance. Having a convenience store right nearby was another big plus. The room was clean and had a fresh, tidy atmosphere. The only downside was that the shower curtain had a musty, damp smell, which was a bit unpleasant.

Love the area where property is situated. It’s close to Namba & Kuromon Market but still has a local feel. The property was clean and very efficient from check-in, room amenities, breakfast buffet & check-out was a breeze.

Great location with a lot of places to eat around . The hotel is very easy to find as it is big. The check in and check out process was fast and easy and they can keep your luggage after check out if needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and quiet. The room is a good size and there’s a good amount and variety of plugs. There is a free buffet breakfast from 7 to 9 am and they provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. If using the laundry, I would recommend to use the dryer at the laundromat near by as the dryer is very weak. We put our clothes to dry for 2 hours and it was not fully dry. We really enjoyed our stay and thought it was a good price for what we got. We will definitely stay there again.
