This condo has been in our family for 10 year. Everything has been redone. Paint, floorings, AC unit, storm doors, storage room, all new beds and furniture, all new kitchen and provides anything you will ever need to cook. Rental is a minimum of 4 months and can occur between the months of September-March. You can choose to stay the entire time or just 4 months. Rent will be due on the 1st day of the month. Cable is included. Power bill will be paid directly to owner as she will send an email with what is due.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which has a kitchen.
