A few minutes' walk south brings you to Lagerheads Bar and Grill, with a fantastic fresh menu, lots of local brewery options and oceanfront views. Drive a few minutes south to enjoy the rest of Ormond's local restaurants and shopping, or continue 15 to 20 minutes south for all the action of Daytona Beach. Daytona International Speedway is about 20 to 25 minutes away.

The oceanfront living room greets you as you walk through the door, with comfortable furniture and a smart TV. Between the living room and kitchen, the dining table lets you enjoy ocean views while you dine. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare beachside meals, including a tea kettle and a standard drip coffee maker. For added convenience, the condo also includes an in-unit washer/dryer.

The oceanfront primary suite features a queen bed, a TV and a desk area, along with a fully accessible ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, with a full bathroom right next door featuring a tub/shower combo. Altogether, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.

Step onto your private balcony and into your own secluded oasis! Although the condo is on the ground level, the balcony is elevated to give you an incredible, direct view of the Atlantic beyond the dunes. Outdoor furniture lets you enjoy time together surrounded by the sound of the waves.

For guests with accessibility needs, the primary bathroom is fully accessible, with a very low-ledge walk-in shower designed with accessibility in mind. The shower includes two built-in seats and an adjustable, handheld shower head.

Parking is included with your stay. If you plan to bring more than one vehicle, please reach out to our agents before booking. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
