The condo has an amazing view and the balcony was pretty much our favorite spot. Kitchen was well equipped so we cooked multiple family meals while we were here. Perfect location for quiet while still close to Daytona Beach. Good and quick communication with our host!Only caution would be for dog owners- because dogs are not permitted beach access here, and sidewalk construction was significant in April 2026, walking her several times a day was difficult. Once sidewalks are accessible again, this should not be a problem.

We had a great time. Condo was well stocked, which we apprecaited so much. Plenty of towels, toilet paparr, and paper towels. Fridge was perfect size. We had issues with the AC the first day and half but it was fixed right away. Great ocean view!!! Love the location! Our dogs absolutely loved the balcony. Thank you so much for being pet friendly. We hope to be back next year!

Wonderful place, great views, well equipped, excellent communication. Would have thought there might be a reduction in the fees as we were without electricity due to hurricane Milton. Had to clean up extensive water in the condo due to hurricane shutters not being able to roll down.

Really nice property. The only problem is that we like TV at night, we are not partiers. So the TV issues should be fixed for future folk. The TV should have a unit password and clear instructions IN THE UNIT. 4 stars from us.

Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect place for our trip. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed listening to the waves, went across the street to get coffee, and down the road to Publix. We found a couple of fantastic restaurants nearby and the neighbors were quiet. It is an older building and that wouldn't stop us from staying here again.
