Greeted with glass of champagne on arrival. Check in was delayed due to room not being ready, they did provide a credit for the delay but once the room was ready it was great. Staff was amazing and plenty of eating options on the property and all were dog friendly!

After a red eye I was delighted they could accommodate me with a room that was ready as I walked in so early in the morning. Staff was pleasant, professional and efficient. The food options onsite were excellent and reasonably priced. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The bed was very firm; rooms were clean. The amenities were awesome and staff was excellent. Would definitely stay here again! Also, they super accommodating with my dogs, which really made the stay even better!

Not five-star service, especially around F&B

Check-in was painfully slow with long lines, which set the tone. The room itself was large and comfortable, but the biggest miss was food and beverage. Brunch options are very limited and lunch felt heavy and inflexible. At 11:00 a.m. we were refused a simple eggs-and-toast request because breakfast had just ended—surprising at a hotel claiming five-star service. The little café with ice cream and matcha shakes is a nice touch, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of a proper late-morning menu. Staffing also seemed thin: on a Saturday night there was only one doorman and no bellman available to bring a delivery to the room. Overall, this felt like a solid four-star property—not a true five-star. I wouldn’t choose it again. Four Seasons (and even Grand Floridian) delivered a far superior experience. I can’t think of a reason to return unless there are no other options.
