Suite was 2 Queens in shared living/dining room area and a third in a small bedroom. Cozy and workable, but you'll hear everyone else use the bathroom, especially in the middle of the night. Other than the pool, not much on the property - this isn't a resort - but the free shuttle bus to Universal and early admission is cool if it's useful to you. We were charged for overnight parking, which was a surprise and felt unnecessarily expensive. Restaurant and bar on site are workable. No airport shuttle. Honored our request for two adjacent suites and early check in, and made it easy for us to rearrange sleeping for the second night after half the group left. Overall I'd recommend if you are heading to Universal.

Staff was not helpful or pleasant, Elevators did not work half of the time. All 6 of the nights we stayed there was several foreign teen groups with no supervision banging on walls, going in and out of rooms laughing, screaming running up and down the hallways and thought it was funny. This lasted until past 3am in the morning. I fell bad for anyone with small children trying to sleep. No way to sleep. Called the manager 2 times and all we got was apologies. Security not able to control the situation. No discount offered, just apologies. I would not recommend this place. The only good thing is the shuttle service.

Overall the hotel was really nice. Good food on site and the shuttles were very convenient. Only issue we had was the baby crib that they gave us which was really filthy so we didnt use it.

The sheets were dirty upon arrival which was the first thing we noticed. Then, during the night on the first night of our stay we were woken up to LOUD clanking, thuds and running from the floor above ours. This continued through the entirety of our stay. We placed two different noise complaints and talked to many different managers and the noise never stopped. The walls are THIN. I do not recommend staying here if you’re a light sleeper.

Great service, allowed early check in. Convenient benefits like having a cafeteria to eat, Starbucks in lobby, early admission to parks and shuttles to and from the park. ONLY thing that bothered me about the resort is being able to hear everything through the walls.

Clean room. When the people above us were extremely loud and we complained. They offered a free dinner for us. And had security monitor them for noise. The buses to universal studios were always there waiting for us to jump on. Never had to wait for them. My only complaint was the $44 fee to store our luggage until we could leave for our flight home. First time I have been charged
