The room was great! The check-in and check-out process was amazing and so efficient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my gluten allergy. They did a great job of helping me navigate the menu. I would say that my husband was slightly disappointed in how long his food had been sitting before he got to eat it. Most often it was a little bit stale.

The hotel was lovely overall. Very convenient and close to parks. Wish the pool was heated, to make it more enjoyable.The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff encountered throughout the property were friendly and pleasant. Onsite food options were pretty good, but a bit pricey. Although the room was nice, the walls are paper thin. Every noise, bump, flush can be heard throughout the room and coming from the hallway. Also, this hotel is very close to the airport, and other alternative food places than on property - fun fact can also have food delivered on property (lobby) and Ihop is about 5-7 min walk. We had a great time, will book again in the future.
