The wait to check in was more than 1 hour. The extra 1 hour for the guests into the theme park was not worth of the money, since everyone rushed in at the same time, so the wait time in the line was longer than normal wait time.

The 4:00 pm check in line is the longest I have ever seen. We ended up leaving and going to City Walk and checking in much later.

Resort was clean and food options were good. Property was very loud though - did not get much sleep due to noisy neighbors and hallways. Also would have been nice to have breakfast available earlier in the morning. The food court didn’t open until 7am which didn’t give much time before getting to the park for early access. Starbucks opened at 6am but was out of most food options and the line was soo long and took a while to just get coffee. Also was disappointed that the refillable mugs from the park could not be used at the hotel. A separate cup had to be purchased.

It was a busy place, definitely a family style resort. The conveniences were the early park admission and included shuttle that runs throughout the day to the parks. The food was your typical cafeteria style and not the greatest and def overpriced. Honestly, the food at epic universe was way more tasty so if you can wait just eat at the park. It's just as expensive but tastes better.
