For the price, the hotel is good. The customer service was great, and the rooms were clean. While the room finishes are basic, they are functional. A small fridge and microwave were a nice bonus. The hotel is super close to many restaurants, within walking distance. The park shuttle runs frequently, but because it is shared with the Dockside resort, the buses were always very full, with people standing in the middle. This made it seem unsafe. The pool was a good size with plenty of chairs and a poolside bar. If I'm on a budget, I would definitely stay here again.

Super helpful staff. Great lobby (cool decor) and cafeteria. Room was clean and bright. No hassle Shuttle services and easy rideshare pick up and drop off. Pool area was awesome. I've already recommended this hotel to family and friends.

Such a great property if you are going to Universal for fun in the sun. I loved the pool, the Starbucks inside is a great and convenient place to get some snacks and drinks, the hotel had wonderful staff who were very friendly and helpful! The bus rides to and from Universal are easy and convenient. I would highly recommend the stay!

Good resort, no frills, close to universal, easy shuttle. Nice pool for relaxing with the kids. It's not a fancy place, but does the job, easy parking in the garage (costs extra). Overall, thought it worked great for what we needed.

Everything was amazing!! The staff was so nice, they upgraded us to a complimentary suite! Bar staff was nice, and when we needed a replacement for conditioner in the shower, they were so fast and nice! Our pizza from the cafe was burnt but it happens and the volume for the TVs wouldn’t go higher than 19 which was odd but we LOVED our stay! 10/10 will do it again!
