The room was spotless, the staff was wonderful and the location was so convenient. We had a toddler with us so being attached to the mall made it so easy for us to spend the evening outside the hotel room but not having to drive around either. The hotel was so nice, if we find ourselves back in Orlando we will stay here again

Comfortable and clean rooms. Great on site dining options and since it is attached to the mall there are more options very close by. It's really nice there are complimentary drink tickets and discounts for surveys. Clean pool and hot tub and a beautiful event space. The staff is absolutely amazing, above and beyond from the parking to the registration.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at The Florida Hotel & Conference Center. The night administrator (early morning, December 4) promised to arrange a shuttle but never did. Because of this, we lost our night and received no help. The morning staff member was also unprofessional and mishandled our request. The service was terrible, far below the hotel’s claimed standard. I truly regret choosing this hotel. I was 5 december

Staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The convenience of Starbucks and other choices being so close by was really wonderful. I do wish there was a dedicated place to park (or if there is one to have it clearly marked) prior to check in especially when it is dark outside.

I loved this hotel for its simplicity, location and no fuss, only small niggle is the price for breakfast is too much for this hotel, its not the 4 seasons so lets charge appropriately

It seems a little old and the fixture and amenities should have been renovated. Additionally checking at 4pm is madness. It should have been at least 3pm as many others hotels in the area.
