My reservation was for king room with pool view but was given a double bed twice.Once I finally received a king room I entered the room and the smell was awful so I put my items in the room and stepped out to get something to eat,once I arrived back to the room I had taken a shower getting prepared for bed and all of a sudden a roach was crawling on the wall and the floor.The lamp shade also was rusty,the carpets had stains on the floor.

The hotel was OK, under some renovations so will probably look better in some time. I was told it was under new management. There was a disconnect as Expedia had it listed as Pet Friendly and they no longer are pet-friendly. The staff was somewhat understanding and allowed my pet under a deposit. It will be great if they can get this sorted as it would be a shame for a guest to show up with their pet and learn this change of policy with the new management. They told me it was going to be updated eventually but that it took some time.

Do not let the (close up) pictures fool you, I would stay here again. I arrived before 6pm and the room was not ready. The room was ready about 15min later. Where to begin: No chair, the phone did not work, tv channels was lacking, had to get maintenance as the toilet did not work after one flush, the top of the lamp had layers of dust on top, no hangars, I know not listed, but no iron/ironing board?,two guests one washcloth, the bedding was subpar, baseboards in bathroom was dirty, mini fridge iced in freezer section, Never again!

This place feels more like a motel than a hotel. The lobby and check-in area are in a completely separate building from the rooms. After checking in, I had to drive around a corner to reach an apartment-style complex with a parking lot that had terrible pavement. As soon as I entered my room, there was a strong smell of bleach that lingered throughout my stay and even gave me a headache. There was also a door inside my room that connected to another guest's room, which made it feel like sharing a two-bedroom apartment with a stranger. To make things worse, the guest in the adjoining room had a dog that barked every time my girlfriend or I made a sound, so we had to stay unusually quiet just to get some rest. On top of that, the housekeeping staff cleaning nearby rooms were talking and laughing loudly. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I ended up checking out a day early.

It was nice, clean, friendly staff. Very convenient location. Only complaint is only getting one small deflated pillow to sleep. Please invest in better pillows. Other than that it was great. I would stay again.

My room had a moldy smell. Sheets and bed felt humid. Breakfast with no healthy options and no protein. The little provided is crowded. Not very good hotel, the pictures look better than what it is.

Staff was good, room needs work, the beds were old, squeeky and worn out, room smelled of bleach and musty/moldy, bathroon fan didn't work and A/C sounded like a jet engine. Parking spots are very small.

I like about this property that many places we can walk to them and it offers a shuttle to the parks, it's close to shopping areas it has a microwave and mini fridge that helps store water and food for reheating. The staff were kind and explained any questions one might have. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and quiet to sleep in ( even though they were remodeling) I slept like a baby. Can't wait to go back and try the new and improved rooms. The breakfast changed a bit last year they had more variety than this year but either way there is a Denny's close by and a couple of places to buy food and dinner close by. Thank you for always being so nice, we always go here on our anniversary.
