The room was a little beat up, but for the location and price, it is definitely a great place to stay. Really nice big patio too which is cool. Right off of Lake Eola Park. I will be staying here again for sure.

great location for visiting Lake Eola, an extremely cool Park with a side walk that goes around the entire lake with beautiful swans and an assortment of birds and people. Can easily get to a big variety of restuarants and bars within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly
