The pictures online reflect the conditions of the property several years ago. The balcony was not safe to visit, the outlets are loose, and breakfast was a mix of prepackaged cereal and breakfast bars. It has a great deal of charm and is in a great location.

great location for visiting Lake Eola, an extremely cool Park with a side walk that goes around the entire lake with beautiful swans and an assortment of birds and people.
