Two stars for the 2 front desk workers who are rock stars. The building has several things in disrepair, paint peeling water stained ceilings, ac grills and crackes in walls. The rooms are poorly sound proofed making it hard to sleep and the owner is rude to guests. There's 2 front desk clerks who were extreamly polite and helpful and pleasant. This hotel has no place charging 140 per night to stay here. I'll never stay here again in the future.

The proximity to the lake was beautiful and convenient, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL and the best staff I have ever seen and I’ve stayed many places. They genuinely make the place a 100/10. Breakfast is small but it is to-go breakfast and they provide options and while my room had a few issues cosmetically and functionally with the door being out of its frame, but it didn’t affect my trip at all. It was still so amazing that it would still be a 100% return for me because of how convenient the place is and how wonderful the staff is.

Staff was nice, room was clean and nice as well. 2 cool meeting areas on both floors as well as an outside little courtyard on the 2nd floor. Patio furniture could have been nicer for sure but still a nice space nonetheless but some of it I could not sit on!

Check in was appropriate. Lady was friendly. Didn’t go over much. No WiFi. No explanation of amenities. It’s an old building. Has some character. Room needs repair. Felt like the floors were slanted. Room was old but clean. Outside of building could use touch up. Otherwise bed was okay, fairly quiet. Worked for one nights sleep. Paid more for the location, but not worth the $$.
