Hair on bathroom floor and tub. No coffee maker. Dirty phone. One washcloth for two people for two nights. Shower handle fell off while in shower. Called front desk, she said ok. Next day never fixed. Homeless on ground outside door. Many trash bags piled up in lot and hallway.

Check in was terrible. Hotels.com account is in my husband‘s name, but the reservation was for me with all my info and the lady would not let me check in. I’ve never had this problem. I had to have my husband call her and verify all my info. It was ridiculous. My room was near the interstate and I heard the traffic all night. Also shower was terrible

Staff was very accommodating and friendly . I booked an extra night and they let me stay in my same room without moving . The area was quiet, not a ton of traffic and was close to the theme park. Hotel was very clean !

This place is ok for an economical option however the rooms were pretty open to the public and it was not private at all. our TV in our room was not connecting to the internet and the screen was broken. we were there for 2 nights and no room service came to clean our room. the outdoor pool was also full of leaves and not clean at all. The walls are really thin so we could hear the toilet flush of the room above us and the arguing couple at the next room very clearly. the breakfast option for $11 dollars is a fair deal, it was good with different options. overall, if you are looking for a place super close to Universal Resorts and with free shuttle, this is a good option but if you care about being quiet and clean maybe look for alternative places.

too much noise to sleep, someone on the phone at 5am and smoking marijuana in front of my room. They changed my room the next day and the noise improved, there were no pillows in the room for 4 people, there were only 2. I went to reception to get one and they told me there wasn't one. If I wanted I could get a blanket and use it as a pillow.I never stay at this hotel again.

Not Good at all

The property is not very clean, old rusty equipment in the rooms. Pillows are vey old and uncomfortable. Vey noisy at an ealy hour, in case you want to sllep late forget about it, you will be awakened with the sound of dragging carts..

The pictures of the hotel on the website are a little deceiving. The pool is quite small and the hotel is very basic. We were hoping for an early check at 12 or 1 because we had just got off a cruise. The hotel could not accommodate but did take our bags. There was no coffee in the rooms or options for a cot. It was however located beside an amazing mexican restaurant and walking distance to many amenities

Attention to detail!

Check-in was good. The room was VERY COLD when we entered. There was a sign on the a/c unit stating not to turn off the air to prevent humidity issues (not good). I turned it off anyway because the room was too cold. The pillows on the bed were not sufficient. They did nothing by way of support while sleeping. The bathtub handle needed tightening (it was too loose). The smoke detector was disconnected (fire hazard). Our friend’s experience was less than satisfactory. They found a spider crawling in the tub, their bathtub handle was also loose and their floor was really dirty. I will say that maintenance came right away to fix the issue in our room.
