When we got there the property looked closed with the signs covered. They're are changing ownership. The pool was super dirty and closed. The bathrooms are dirty and tubs are nasty. The pictures they have are when they open i guess. Not what you see in the pictures at all.

TV didn’t work, room was filthy, no bus transportation to nearby parks, the area was seedy and unsafe, and the electronic door locks didn’t work and a stranger almost got into my room. This place is HORRIBLE. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. So incredibly rundown and missing so many elements of a standard motel, even if it is a budget option, the standards should be at least met at an acceptable level.

property is currently under mayor remodel work; there are no services and areas are full or work materials. First room assignment was terribly dirty, felt like it was under remodel and was flag by accident for clients. Second room was somewhat clean but, toilet require multiple flushes, and bathtub did not drain properly, ancle deep water after 5 minutes. The positive - it is a 5 minute walk to IHOP.

Room was dirty and things were literally falling apart. Mattress was so old that it sunk to the bottom of the bed when sleeping on it. And no access to water for over 12 hours one night. We could not use the sinks or toilets in our room or shower and no compensation given.

Construction going on outside of our room. Very noisy. Had to switch rooms becuz 1st room toilet was leaking all over. Bright n early on Saturday morning construction started again. Came back after a long day n the construction crew hit the main water line so we had no water. Pool water was so green. Then we had to switch hotels so there was no relaxing after a long day.

The pool was shut down, there was no breakfast, no airport shuttle. The rooms were tidy but not the cleanest. And with a baby and 2 kids thats a must.

Had to get changed in rooms because the shower broke. When they cleaned they put no effort into it , or cared to give you new towels or actually sweep & mop properly & I had to call for toilet paper or else I wasn’t given any. The new room I got put into had an A/C problem. Staff was nice & all but they need to do better with the rest of these things, not to mention the pool was not accessible at all, it was super green & needed to be cleaned, which sucks because people want to be able to cool off somehow, it’s florida.

Never Again

I will definitely not stay at this hotel ever again. There was a lot lacking. Cleanliness, I really hope it was the housekeeper’s hair that was long, black and curly because it was everywhere. Condition, falling apart. The pool is “closed for maintenance.” I didn’t take a picture because it was growing things. The photos below are of the bathroom. Shower curtain rod literally falling out of the wall. The shower curtain along the rings, was ripped pretty much all the way across. The walls falling apart from water damage. Service, the guy at check in was bothered that I needed to check in, I must have interrupted his show in the other room. They left cups and the makings for coffee, but no coffee pot. When I asked for one right after I got to the room (7 PM), it wasn’t brought until after I left the next morning (10 AM). It was there when I was back at 5 PM. I tried to save a few dollars this trip, I definitely will not make that mistake again.
