We checked into this 3-bed condo at 2 AM to find a massive mosquito infestation. We killed over 50 mosquitoes in the first hour alone. It was a health hazard and completely uninhabitable. Front desk confirmed the issue but could not move us our entire stay. Avoid this property during mosquito season if you value your health and honest management.

Well equipped 3 bedroom, clean comfortable and quiet. Nice pool and amazing staff ! This has it all ! Close to Disney springs, Epcot and the convention center, which is what we needed . Relaxing contemporary decor, environmentally conscious property. We loved every single second of our stay.

Clean property. Kind people. No patio. No place to sit outside and enjoy coffee or a late night drink without having to walk to the pool. No coffee pot- a bit unrealistic for a three bedroom.

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful! Our large 3 bedrooms, 2 bath unit was very clean and adequately stocked kitchen and bathroom/shower essentials for a home away from home stay. Newer appliances including a washer/dryer are in good working order too. Free parking is just steps from units. The picturesque wooded and landscaped property is conveniently located (15 min drive) to the Disney Parks and walking distance to many good eateries & gift shops. The pool area has tables with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and the heated pool & hot tub are refreshing after a long day out.

This by far has been THE BEST place I’ve stayed at for Disney Vacations . The hotel staff & maintenance went above and beyond to make sure no stones were left unturned.It’s very clean, very furnished , with extra pillows & blankets and the space has adequate seating and spacing. Check -in clerks were amazing . Everything was a breeze , I stayed with a group of 10 , they even offered to help me find transport service for our 3 day stay . It’s literally 5 minutes from Disney and Disney Springs. Check out was a breeze . They will bring things to your room only by request and they do so expeditiously - , they will not enter your room in your absence . I had the best stay here . Loved It. Book It : you won’t regret it. Thanks Guys

Facilities were great, desk staff were kind and helpful. We stayed for a week with 2 adults and 3 kids. My only complaint was that any time we needed towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc., we had to walk across the property to ask for items at the desk. They usually didnt have them there, but would let a staff member know, who would then deliver them to us. Sometimes this was quick, but other times took up to 40 minutes, and once they forgot and never came. I did try to call the desk once but no one answered. One solution could be to keep pool towels stocked down at the pool. Overall, we had a great stay!
