I stayed there twice 4 nights apart. The 1st was decent - newly renovated, quiet interior room - could tell place was barely occupied. Only complaint - no cable TV - tolerable and desk said would be working by my next stay. The 2nd stay was a completely different experience. Not only was the cable TV still DOWN, but the in room phone and safe didn’t work, there was no bar soap and the soap dispenser in the shower was broken. I had asked for a room near my previous stay, which I was given EXCEPT, despite the place being nearly empty, my room was right next to a couple who argued well past midnight. Since I had checked in late that night, and had no way to contact the desk - no answer when calling with my cell phone - I thought I’d alert them upon checkout the next morning. EVERYTHING above would be excusable if they had taken responsibility at checkout. Instead I was just given a card and told to call the manager to discuss. Having called several dozen times over the past week at various times - their phone just rings and rings - LOL maybe it’s a cable phone; I never got thru. Accordingly, I’d give their CUSTOMER SERVICE a ZERO! Imagine if I accidentally left something in the room - I wouldn’t be able to retrieve it. NEVER AGAIN!!
