My only issue was the back door was rigged to stay opn and had tape all over it so the staff had to know. That was a safety concern. From there, anyone could have access to all the rooms.

Check-in was quick. Clerk was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean plenty of towels and very spacious. There was new microwave, mini fridge and safe. Unfortunately All the reviews I read after I booked were accurate. I kept the reservation, since they are newly renovated it wasn't an issue. There was still no iron/board, blow dryer, or coffee maker. Not a problem since I was their only for two nights. The location was on point surrounded by local restaurants and close to parks. All around pleasant stay. My family and I were very happy and that's all that counts.

The hotel's building itself doesn't look like much on the outside but don't be fooled. It's brand new on the inside and is very clean and nicely done. For being a basic, value hotel, I was impressed compared to some of the other hotels in the I-Drive area -- and I've stayed at many of them. We only needed the room for one night but it was a super comfortable, clean, nicely sized room. Nice bed, nice shower and bathroom. We had literally no view, but that's not what we were there for. We'd go back for a night or two without hesitation.

The staff was courageous. Liked the room. However, the bathroom was lack of body soap and hand soap.it also needed some bath tube cleaning. Lastly, the tv was a pain to connect to my phone and it didn’t have the Netflix or Disney app to log in. Please work on adding that. Otherwise it was a nice stay for one night.

The stay was okay; the rooms were very comfortable and clean, but the TV and internet didn't work during the two days we were there. They also lied to us when we made the reservation because it said breakfast was included, but when we went to have breakfast, they demanded a charge of $12.99 per person, which makes no sense since the description said "breakfast included"—something very unusual in the area. The hotel also lacked signage, for example, to direct us to the lobby, the exit, or to find our rooms. That's why I'm only giving it two stars, because the description was the complete opposite.

The beds were amazing and really comfortable. I slept like a baby. The bathroom was nice and the shower was AMAZING!!! The hot water was always nice and hot. There’s no elevator so thank goodness it only had two floors. No ice machine. No television service. No phone so I’m glad I had my cell. And the WiFi is very spotty. Even using my cell phone there was hardly any phone signal. Besides those things, the hotel was in an area with access to everything.

Had lot of issues. 1. I was given the room for which key did not work. I had to walk from my room to frontdesk two times because even next time frontdesk guy mentioned its fixed but still did not work. Third time he came with me and still did not work and he said he can ask me to come with me everytime I want to come out of my room. Such an inconvenience for a family with a child. At that point I asked him to give me another room. 2. The other room I got had no hand soap at all. So O again had to go to frontdesk and he handed me a hand soap. 3. Their tv and phone did not work in the room. 4. Even though coffee maker was advertised in the room image, there was none in the room. Nor they have a free coffee at the hotel lobby. When asked they mentioned only coffee they have is through the paid breakfast of $12. 5. All their exit doors do not work with key to enter. So you have to walk all the way and always enter through front lobby to get to your room. Very inconvenient with the luggage. Because of all these reasons, we decided to do early checkout. Instead of 4 nights, we checked out in 2 nights. Before checkout, I confirmed with the front desk lady and she said they will refund me the 2 unused nights and will send me a receipt through email. Its been almost 2 weeks now and I still did not get refund. Their phones are unreachable and are not replying to email. I wish I could give a zero to them. Stay away from this hotel.

Laundry room was out of order, tv doesnt work unless you have apps downloaded on your phone to cast to their tv, the lights in the headboard of the bed that were the main lights in the room did not work, housekeeping or someone was in my room after telling the front desk we didnt need them, i was told sat check in that coffee is available in the lobby at all times and we were able to get coffee 1 morning. The manager alex was very rude when asking questions. The only good was the rooms were nice and disnt smell funny.
