The room is in good condition so that is good. It was renovated I was pleasantly surprised. However, there are some issues with this hotel that need to be corrected. The WIFI kept going out, the TV doesn't work throughout the entire hotel and said that it has been the case for a few months, the phone in the room doesn't work to call down to the lobby if you need assistance, and they didn't have SOAP for the sink. They said to use the shampoo. What? I had to go the store to get soap. Just weird things that you don't deal with at other hotels but, again, the most important thing was the hotel staff was kind and the rooms are nice!

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The location was good and close to public transportation. The staff informed me the TV was out, but that did not bother me. Housekeeping was a bit haphazard. They refreshed my towels and removed the trash but didn't make the bed or refill my toilet paper when I ran out.

The hallways were filthy. The side doors didn’t lock so you could hear people coming and going constantly throughout the night. The shower didn’t work properly and I check in to find out the tv didn’t work in my room. They said it would get fixed the day and never did. The AC didn’t blow cold air well enough because it’s in the corner covered by a built in desk. Will not repeat.

I stayed there twice 4 nights apart. The 1st was decent - newly renovated, quiet interior room - could tell place was barely occupied. Only complaint - no cable TV - tolerable and desk said would be working by my next stay. The 2nd stay was a completely different experience. Not only was the cable TV still DOWN, but the in room phone and safe didn’t work, there was no bar soap and the soap dispenser in the shower was broken. I had asked for a room near my previous stay, which I was given EXCEPT, despite the place being nearly empty, my room was right next to a couple who argued well past midnight. Since I had checked in late that night, and had no way to contact the desk - no answer when calling with my cell phone - I thought I’d alert them upon checkout the next morning. EVERYTHING above would be excusable if they had taken responsibility at checkout. Instead I was just given a card and told to call the manager to discuss. Having called several dozen times over the past week at various times - their phone just rings and rings - LOL maybe it’s a cable phone; I never got thru. Accordingly, I’d give their CUSTOMER SERVICE a ZERO! Imagine if I accidentally left something in the room - I wouldn’t be able to retrieve it. NEVER AGAIN!!

This property is fairly new and just recently open. They are not done remodeling inside. I was given a room with two queen beds which I requested the bathroom had no bathroom door on it no privacy I had to put a sheet up to the bathroom to use it the TVs do not work. The phone does not work. The fire alarm went off apparently someone was smoking in the hotel area which they’re not supposed to do the hotel had no way of contacting the fire department to let them know it in fact was a false alarm because their phones do not work when asked to switch rooms we were promised over our two day stay we will get another room each day and never did.
Bathroom with no door… I was told they’re still remodeling and our room wasn’t finished
I had to put a sheet up to use the bathroom to have privacy
