The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit worn out and the toilet and shower were leaking. The internet kept going out for hours at a time. It's a good location but the building needs some work.

Great location and amazing staff. However, 21,50$ for the parking per night that you have to pay via an mobile app, limited choices of food at breakfast and make sure to be there on time, staff is ready at 9;28 to close the doors at 9:30. Small dining area for the amount of customers. However, the person at the front desk Wilna help us with a request. Excellent customer service.

At nights there was not hot water. In the morning when we were leaving, there was not hot water, and it was cold outside. I don't like the fact that i had to pay for parking separately. I think they should combine the bill together. I forgot to scan the QR code the first night because i was tired. I had to do it the next morning. I had to select another day for checking out so that i can get charge for the appropriate amount. I also didn't like the fact that the room is not cleaned after the 4th night. We did not get our room clean because we stay there for 2 nights. However, the staff was very nice. The guy who check me in was very nice and pleasant. The pressure in the bathroom is not strong at all. Our bathroom was clogged we called front desk and the sent someone within 10 minutes, which was nice. I like the lady in the breakfast who is warming up the bagels for us. Also the lady cleaning up the breakfast tables after people finish eating.

The room was clean HOWEVER there was NO hot water in the shower, so we had to take COLD showers before heading out for New Years Eve. We had 3 other couples staying at your hotel and the following morning, one of the couples said they had NO hot water when they tried to take a shower on the morning of 1/1. Extremely frustrating. I am not one to complain, but we paid very good money to stay at your hotel and to not have any hot water is completely unacceptable.

The hotel was clean all in all and smells good, however although we asked for housekeeping everyday they came only once and they took the towels and soap and never brought new one. 2 out of our 3 days stay we didn't have hot water, ( our friend's toilets were plagued and they told him servis will come only at 8 am). Breakfast was ok, and the ladies were very nice. The location is good. This was our second year in this hotel - we not go back.
