They gave us the code for our room, when we opened there were already people in it. Then the room style I chose (2 kings) so the teenagers wouldn’t fight about who had to sleep on the pull out couch, wasn’t available. It just felt grungy overall, not dirty. Parking lot was gross with trash. I asked the second day if the room type I reserved was available for the second night and it wasn’t. Won’t be back

Aafety concerns (manual-only door locking), pillows are very high and uncomfortable, rough toilet paper (just think sandpaper), and limited guest services (no daily housekeeping unless requested, no ice machines, no cash for change or digital option for housekeeping tips).

I was disappointed that the hot tub was not hot, this is one of the reasons I booked here. The woman who was running the cafe was wonderful, but she was so overworked with multiple orders and people in line, she should have some assistance.

Check in was ready not at 4pm but at 7.30pm Room wasn’t clean enough Parking was locked n not enough space st evening time,also my car was blocked n i was looking for stuff to help me. In general property wasn’t looking good n clean. Everything was old n need renovations. I don’t think that i will stay there again. Also the price not so cheap but hotel looks like motel.
