When we check in at the hotel the front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. When getting settled in the hotel room it was very stuffy and didn't seem like the AC was working. There were multiple messages the staff and I about the AC. They were able to have someone come to the room to fix the AC which was awesome. The staff messaged me about the AC to make sure everything was working but unfortunately it was still turning off it self. Ultimately they which me to another suite which was amazing even without me suggesting it. My family and I were very happy in the new room and we didn't have anymore issues. I would highly recommend this location for families with kids since there are many activities to do around the location. They have arcade games, movie nights, a pool, water park, mini golfing, basketball court, and ect.

Awful. Will be calling corporate to share my story. AC did not work for 3 of my 5 nights there. I asked to speak to the manager, and no one ever called me. On the third night they FINALLY moved us to a new room after I told them I would be calling corporate to let them know the conditions the hotel was in. They also did not mention that the entire hotel is under construction. There were about 3 working elevators for the entire group of buildings to share. The big bucket from the waterpark is also missing. We will NOT be returning here! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Okay hotel

This hotel is ok. It’s expensive - resort fee plus parking fee is excessive. But the location is great for going to the Disney parks. The noise from the adjoining room was pretty bad - those guests played music all night long there was an adjoining door between rooms so no insulation there. Kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. The noise in general was pretty bad through out each night. Inconsiderate guests which isn’t the hotel’s fault. Just an fyi for those considering staying here.

This property is up for a major remodel. The pools are under construction and the rooms seem a little worse for the wear. We even had to walk two buildings over daily to use an elevator. They didn’t tell us at check in either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The biggest perk is the proximity to everything is really nice and if you had a big family, the layout of the rooms is a plus.

Waterpark hotel

The hotel itself is wonderful - the kids enjoyed the waterparks. The place was clean and we were comfortable. The room and the facility were lovely. However, check in and front counter service was horrible. There was rarely anyone around to help. We arrived 1:30 and were told the room would be ready “soon but 4:00 at the latest”…. It was not ready until nearly 5:00. It was hard with 3 young children.

When I booked this hotel I was imagining the old Nickelodeon style hotel. I regretted not reading the reviews. When we got to the lobby the floor couldn’t be dirtier, it looked like a bus station. When they gave us the room it was in building one, however the front desk told us we had to go to building 3 and take the elevator up because it wasn’t working. When we got to the 4th floor it looked like an abandoned hotel from a terror movie, as we made our way to our room we could see rooms with open windows the mess that they had inside. Everything was extremely dirty not as I had remembered the old Nickelodeon. I was not able to stay there as I saw it dangerous for me and my family,It’s my first time that I have ever requested a refund within minutes of checking in. They didn’t even hesitate to refund because the know the conditions the hotel is in. In my recommendation I wouldn’t even list this hotel in Expedia. I ended up having to go to a different hotel which was a life saver.

Good but parking fees are ridiculous

Overall this resort was nice, pool area was great & check in was fast. I didn’t like that they charge $37 for parking per night. Especially since it wasn’t listed as one of the fees that I was going to have to pay at check in. It was just thrown at me not including the resort fees.
