We checked in at 1:00 am, we got to the room and the ac wasn’t working. We contacted the front desk and to our surprise the hotel doesn’t have an overnight engineer that can fix anything and there was no other room available. The front desk lady is the only one working in a 300 room hotel, she was very nice and kept apologizing to me and saying it was out of her hands. The. The morning supervisor told me that since I had booked with Expedia, she couldn’t refund my money, not only I will never recommend this place but I will never stay there again.

Rom clean staff friendly played on miniature golf and celebrated our 35 anniversary. Only issue we had was in booking you hotel we were told our stay would be $ said amount but on checking out we were charged $23 more. I must admit I did have few items I ordered from Amazon but I was told you don’t charge for packages so we couldn’t understand why the extra charge, this first time having this experience because I love Residence Inn.

Wonderful stay! We stayed in a double queen room and it was plenty big enough for us (my son and I). It was clean, the kitchen had essentials if you wanted to make your own dinner, a nice big fridge with icemaker and even a pitcher to make your own drinks! Beds were comfy, the bathroom was super nice. And it's literally across the road from Universal. So if you do not want to stay on property, this was so convenient. The breakfast was also amazing, there was so many options. Will definitely stay here again!

First room provided was not clean at all. Asked what happened to our room. They said sorry and said they would send someone up to clean it. After i went back up to the 3rd floor that our room was in. We waited and then a supervisor came up to our room and told us that our room was changed to the fifth floor. Ok. So we gathered our belongings and went up. After that, I went back down to get the room keys, and told the front desk that our room was changed by a supervisor. However, front desk guy said that it wasnt possible because there were no rooms. So i called my family and told them to gather their stuff and head back down to the third floor. Then we were told, that it wasnt a mistake and so i had to send my family back up
