The staff at property was amazing (housekeeping, waiters, bellmen) However I paid for a particular high end room with Orbitz advertising and when I got to hotel they placed me in a lower room I had to pay additional fees to get high end room in addition to what I paid Orbitz completely unfair to me Orbitz owes me money and has not called me about the false advertising yet complaint was made 3 days ago

The room and the resort was absolutely exceptional. I gave it four stars, however, because the self parking room key never worked going in nor out. That coupled with the inspector trying to unlock our door halfway into our stay while we were inside are the reasons.
