Fortunately, I did not take my wife on this trip. On check you sign a paper detailing how much it will cost you if you steal anything in the room (shoer curtains, lamp, etc. Tells you all you need to know. Adequate and comfortable place to sleep but extremely basic feeling. Paint chipped. Low quality contents. (Towels were surprisingly nice.). In summary adequate and acceptable if you have low expectations.

I never checked in but someone on staff checked me in. The policy states that if you aren’t able to make it they will charge you for 1 day. This wasn’t the case the charged me for the entire stay and stated the room is here if you show up. I called the day of my trip to inform them that I wasn’t going to be able to make it but no one answered or called me back. When I finally got in contact with them they refused to refund me the money and even charged me a deposit for my stay (I never checked in). Please look else where because this place will take your money and refuse to refund it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

had a very disappointing experience at Suburban Studios in Orlando. The room was filthy, and I encountered roaches, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable and not what I expected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Room, staff, ammenities! You name it, was the absolute worst place i have ever stayed in! Room was filthy, i had to get cleaning supplies and clean it myself before i could even sit anything down in the room. Staff refused me the wifi password.
