Clean room, front desk was super helpful and friendly, accommodating, only thing I would mention is that room service would make the bed and throw the trash out. We would leave the dirty towels on the floor and they would take them but never replace the towels.

Ignacio from Colombia at the front desk was very kind and professional, he went above and beyond and in my opinion he deserves a raise for his excellent customer service. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Mickey waffles. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Disney.

Very good service. Convenient location. Had a problem with hot water, but attentive staff to repairing it quickly. Nice pool area. Quiet guests even though a lot of your people from Disney housing across road. All polite. Only negative is the parking situation. Just bill my room. Don’t make me pay for parking online.
