The hotel is clean and well maintained, but they should be more flexible. No music is allowed at the pool and security is constantly watching, which makes it feel more like a retreat than a family vacation.

Do not expect the room service to come everyday. In our 6 day stay they came only once and they even did not leave spare towels. Be advised that the hotel is FAR from many things in Orlando like it is 35-40 mins drive from outlet centers, luxury malls, universal parks. Especially at the traffic hours (which is very frequent in Orlando nowadays) The gardners start to work at 8 am with noisy equipment so do not expect to wake up late here. The checkout hour was 10 am which is very unusual. Other than that we liked the hotel but it was definitely not a luxury vacation. I did not expect these amateur mistakes under the hilton brand.

Rooms are clean and very spacious, i believ ALL of the rooms have deep soaking tubs!! Pools are always clean and clear of debris like leaves. Aside from their front entrance security having a nasty attitude 9/10, the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful, and this is a super family friendly hotel specially if traveling with little ones. I stay here 4-6 times a year and everytime my daughter acts likes its her first time because she loves it so much lol

I love this place! Being able to text any request or questions to a staff member 24/7 is huge!!! Every one We met from the front desk associates to security to house keeping. All extremely professional and friendly. Really felt like the best hotel I’ve ever booked. We will be staying again.
