The moment we arrived we stood in front of the gentleman at the desk who looked at us like he was confused on why we were standing there so WE had to say hello he didn’t even greet us. The rest of the check in was fine. The free breakfast is a joke. We specifically picked a hotel with free breakfast to save money and at the end of the day we ended up having to go out and spend money on breakfast. Our room had ants they said they came to take care of it while we were out it got worse so at 2 am once we came back from the park we had to move rooms. Not only rooms but a whole other tower. I was happy they were swift and didn’t hesitate to change rooms but then we went from an upgraded room to a non renovated room I was highly disappointed but was too tired to go back and forth. The only good thing about this hotel was the location and view.

super clean room and hotel. Awesome view. Extra friendly staff. breakfast was just a bit more than a continental breakfast as they offer it as a continental breakfast. It is more than enough to choose from. cons-toilet extremely low. toilet seat extremely loose.

The only thing I didn’t like about this place was the bar. You literally have to stand in line at the front desk to pay for the drinks you want at the bar! That’s crazy! Also the tv we had was blurry could not read or see what was on there! Would stay again!

Similar to other reviews I'd definitely recommend booking one of the refurbished rooms. Walked in lobby was nice and smelled so nice. First room we got was a suite and it was like stepping back in time really wasn't nice at all. We asked to be moved and to be fair the staff where great and let us check out the new standard rooms before we moved. Though it didn't have a suite it was perfect for us and was nice and fresh. We only had breakfast one morning and it was very basic but it did the job. Pool was decent with a hot tub. Close to lots of good restaurants and under ten mins to universal studios plus free parking. Would I stay here again I'm not sure . But it definitely isn't the worst

This hotel is in an excellent location. The service at the lobby is not the best, some of them are rude. The breakfast tastes good but it’s very limited. The room was clean when we arrived but it’s obvious it needs maintenance. The AC makes a lot of noise and the handle for the shower would fall off at times. The room key given to you doesn’t work smoothly, we would struggle a lot when trying to open the door. But if you’re planning on going to the parks in Orlando then I would recommend this hotel because if it’s location.

Tv barely worked (lost antena signal quickl) channels looked granie like early 2000s. Housekeeping every 3 days, brekfast was boiled eggs and waffle/bread/pancake NO MEAT! Need towels or toilet paper, you have to call and hope they answer, if not get ready for the long walk to ask for it at front desk. No trash can in the bathroom. Only thing good was the bed, it was comfortable.

This hotel needs lots of maintenance and updates. Everything is old. No room cleaning policy for 3 days. Not worth the amount of money charged. Avoid this hotel unless improvements are made.
