Overall we were happy with our suite. It was large clean and quiet. The only issues we had were both involving the elevators. One elevator was down during checkin during our 2nd night causing delays to get to our room. The other issue is the elevator is very finicky when you swipe to get to your floor. Multiple people had issues getting to their floor without going past it first!!

Cleanliness in inside room and lobby very clean. Nice remodel. Need better black out curtains. Beautiful view of lake as long as you don't look down. Very disappointed to see so much trash.

We liked the view & location however, room keys never worked had to get new ones, elevator was broken so it was a hot long wait for the elevator since it was outside & the homeless person sleeping near my vehicle in the garage on 3 separate occasions.

Years ago, I stayed at this hotel, and it was literally horrible. This time they renovated the rooms and they look incredible. The lady that checked me in at the front desk, I believe her name was Deborah, was extremely nice. I believe the room deposit is $250 Free parking Continental breakfast - Toast, hard boiled eggs. Coffee. Juice. English muffins. Yogurt. Cereal. Pancakes. Clean towels. Clean sheets. The air conditioner is still older from years ago, but it still works.— The staff is extremely friendly. Will stay again. I come up to ORLANDO a lot for business.

The A/C was broke, we couldn't sleep first night. they moved us to better room with no view the second day. they didn't clean the room till The 4th day and they did a terrible job cleaning it.
