Area around the property was great. The property itself was to be desired. We stayed in room 318. Our door had to be slammed in order to close. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels to which the lady only wanted to give us two when our reservation was for 3 people and the room sleeps 4. The breakfast was nothing more than waffles, toast, cereal, mini muffins, and some juice.
I will say that the cleaning staff were very sweet, but did not speak English, so to communicate with them you had to know Spanish.
The biggest issue that I am now having is that you are required to put a $75 security deposit down on the room upon check in. No big deal. However, I have yet to get that back AND I have since seen another $50 charge on my other account. My sisters and I literally just used this room to sleep in. We were at Universal all weekend.
