Very pretty on the on the drive up and outside- inside was so/so- The staff wasn't the most helpful, my first stay and the girl knew that- she could have been more helpful - there’s not many signs around for such a big hotel, and I asked about shuttle to parks which I knew they had - no one seemed to know anything about it - but yet it comes to the hotel to pick up guests- they looked at me like I had 5 heads - I ended up asking the second valet guy- The room smelled like a hotel, couldn’t have been a little fresher.

One night stay when we went over for Sea World Howl o Scream. Only downside was parking, lot was being repaved so had half of handicapped was unavailable and had to walk a lot further after midnight but we would still come back.

Disappointing Experience with Pet Policy: I stayed at the Rosen Shingle Creek hotel with my small dog, as they advertise themselves as a pet-friendly property. However, my experience was very disappointing. When I went out to buy a few things, my dog barked briefly, and apparently, around 3 p.m., someone at the hotel complained — showing a clear lack of tolerance toward pets. The manager’s response was extremely unpleasant and arrogant, demanding that I silence the dog immediately. I found it very contradictory that a hotel promoting itself as pet-friendly shows so little understanding and patience. Dogs are not mute — it’s natural for them to bark occasionally. Unfortunately, this experience left me very dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with pets.

Beautiful hotel - lap of luxury is all i can say . Room service for breakfast was such a treat . I appreciate how it is so quiet for bedtime . I would definitely stay here again . The bed was super comfortable and dining options through out the hotel a plus .

What I didn't like is that you have to pay for parking. I find it very expensive per day and you have to walk too far to get to the hotel from the parking lot and vice versa.
